MICHAEL CATALDI

Michael Cataldi was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and lives and
works in New York City. He received a BFA in Sculpture from the
Maryland Institute College of Art, a Masters in Urban Planning from
the City College of New York, and attended the Whitney Independent
Study Program. He has been awarded residencies at the Skowhegan School
of Painting and Sculpture, Socrates Sculpture Park, the Lower
Manhattan Cultural Council, and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. His
work investigates the privatization and abstraction of geographic
space by finance capital, the denigration of public space, and the
photographic, sculptural, and architectural representations of the
public. His interventionist installations, photographic projects, and
drawings have been shown in a number of venues in Baltimore,
Washington D.C., and New York.

Andres Laracuente, (b. 1982) is a New York based artist working

Grayson Cox

Grayson Cox is a Brooklyn based artist working in a variety of media, from painting and printmaking, to photography and furniture-like wood construction. Cox was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, received his BFA from Indiana Univeristy and spent time living in Tokyo before moving to New York City in 2005. Cox finished his Masters of Fine Art at Columbia University in 2010 and was awarded the Daisy Soros Prize to study in Salzburg that Summer. Since graduating from Columbia, Cox has exhibited USA/MFA at Bezalel in Tel Aviv, Israel; Salzburg, Austria; The School of the Art Institute of Chicago; and has participated in a number of group shows in Brooklyn and Manhattan including the Elizabeth Foundation, Gowanus Studio Space and St. Cecelia's Parish. In April 2011 Cox had his first solo exhibition NUDGE, NUDGE ME DO///// at Gasser Grunert Gallery in New York, which was reviewed in the Summer 2011 issue of Art in America.
Cox also teaches adjunct classes at Columbia University and Pratt Institute.
